  Im Vergleich zur letzten veröffentlichten Version 2.2.11 wurden in 
  Version 2.3.2 folgende Änderungen und Erweiterungen vorgenommen 
  (für nähere Erläuterungen siehe Handbuch, Seite iv):
  
  Änderungen, die einen Einfluß auf das Ergebnis haben können:
  
  1) Das Rauhigkeitskataster wurde auf Basis von CORINE 2000 neu 
  erstellt (Datei z0-gk.dmna mit komprimiertem Datenteil in Datei
  z0-gk.dmnt.gz).
  
  2) Bei der Berechnung der Windfelder für ein Geländeprofil beträgt 
  die Anzahl der Iterationen zur Beseitigung der Restdivergenz 
  maximal 200 anstatt bisher 100. 
  
  3) Bei der Berechnung der Windfelder für Gebäudeumströmung wurde 
  das Verfahren zur Beseitigung der Restdivergenz verbessert.
  
  4) Der Wärmestrom in MW (Parameter qq) wird intern mit drei 
  anstatt bisher mit einer Nachkommastelle ausgewertet (Problem 
  2006-10-26 behoben).
  
  5) Bei Rechnungen in ebenem Gelände, ohne Gebäude und ohne 
  Netzschachtelung werden die Partikel über einen Randstreifen von 
  20m weiterverfolgt.
  
  6) Die Programme wurden mit aktuellen Compiler-Versionen (GNU und 
  Intel) übersetzt. 
  
  Weitere Änderungen und Erweiterungen:
  
  7) Das Rauhigkeitskataster hat ein neues Dateiformat (Datei 
  z0-gk.dmna mit komprimiertem Datenteil in Datei z0-gk.dmnt.gz). 
  Das  alte Format (Datei rl.dat) wird nicht mehr unterstützt.
  
  8) Alternativ zu Gauß-Krüger-Koordinaten kann mit UTM-Koordinaten 
  gerechnet werden. Das Rauhigkeitskataster wird ebenfalls in 
  UTM-Koordinaten (32. Streifen) bereitgestellt (Dateien z0-utm.dmna 
  und z0-utm.dmnt.gz). 
  
  9) Die Maximalzahl der Monitorpunkte wurde von 10 auf 20 erhöht.
  
  10) Beim Aufruf von AUSTAL2000 mit dem Argument -h bzw. -help 
  wird ein Hilfetext auf den Bildschirm ausgegeben.
  
  11) Das Problem 2006-08-22 (zu langer Titel) wurde behoben.
  
  12) In den Quelltexten wurden zur einfacheren Wartung und 
  Erweiterung alle Ausgabetexte in externe Dateien ausgelagert.

• The Program package includes now our Version of AUSTAL2000.exe and additional modules for the consideration of odorous substances and obstacles (according to the guideline VDI 3783 part 10). (Activation Code required!)
• The illustration of the results has been improved.
• The usage of a height profile is now supported, it can be defined under the menu Edit.
• Special parameters (as stated in Appendix D and E AUSTAL2000.pdf) can be used now.

• Version number has been adjusted to current version of AUSTAL2000.
• The program AUSTAL2000.exe is now being invoked, with the current directory set its directory and no longer the working directory. This was necessary for the sub-process VDISP.exe.
• P&K TAL2K can now be installed on systems with Internet Explorer 5.0 installed. The requirement used to be Version 5.5.
